The Level of Service is impeccable and it’s not a place to just go workout and be done. It is a place where valuable relationships are formed. Don is always full of energy and goes out of his way to ensure everyone’s needs are met. The premises is always up to par. The equipment is kept functional. The classes offered are phenomenal and the atmosphere is always welcoming and pleasant. Most members join as strangers new to it all and within a short span of time become a part of this affluent athletic family.

Don has a masterful way of communicating with those of all cultures and in all walks of life. No matter where you are in your healing, health and fitness journey…. As I have said many times, you are the only person, and our time and talks together the only things that I will miss about GSA. Thank you for being a friend and a blessing in my life. I will always remember the special part of the day that my workout sessions were because of you.

I finally had an opportunity to watch your podcast on healthy living. 


Your video really hit home.  Without your health, you are poor.  Having your health and choosing to not take advantage of every opportunity to explore new possibilities doesn't make sense to me.  I can't do half the things I want to and planned to; but am still pushing myself to do what I can.  Please continue to encourage others to go for it.  Staying fit and living healthy makes a difference on how well you age.
